PRO KABADDI SEASON 8 TOP 5 MOST EXPENSIVE DEFENDERS

The auction of Vivo Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 was to run from 29th to 31st August 2021, which has ended successfully.  Total 12 teams participated in the player’s auction of Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 and all have completed their squad, so many players in those squads who are expansive, let’s take a look at all of them who are top five defenders sold in Pro Kabaddi Season 8 players auction –

1. FAZAL ATRACHALI –

Fazel Atrachali, Iranian Left Corner Defender is one of the only players with multiple Best Defender awards. Fazal Atrachali is one of the successful defenders who is considered a very forward defender his signature move is Dash, even the big raiders are razed by the fear.  Fazal Atrachali’s beauty is also that Fazal Atrachali picks up the raiders from near the midline and throws them in his court.

Fazal Atrachali was retained by U Mumba before the auction for a price of 1 crore 21 lakhs and Fazal Atrachali is the most expensive retained defender in PKL Season 8 by U Mumba.

2. PARVESH BHAINSWAL –

Parvesh Bhainswal who is Indian, Left Cover Defender made his debut for Jaipur Pink Panther in Season 4 and continued to play for Gujarat Fortune Giants from Season 5 and Parvesh Bhainswal, who is giving a very good performance for Gujarat Giants team, Gujarat Giants gave him 83 lakhs and retained him for PKL Season 8. Parvesh Bhainswal became the third most expensive defender before the auction in Pro Kabaddi Season 8.

3. PO SURJEET SINGH –

Surjeet Singh Indian Right Cover, the defender is one of the most aggressive cover defenders.  Surjeet Singh is an expert in dashing and blocking raiders in mats. Surjeet Singh, the signature move is Dash in Kabaddi. Surjeet Singh was the most successful Cover defender in Season 7 with 63 tackle points.

Surjeet Singh was released by Puneri Paltan this year.  For the player auction in which Tamil Thalaivas bought Surjeet Singh for a price of 75 lakhs and included him in his squad.

4. RAVINDER PAHAL –

Ravinder Pahal, an Indian Right Corner Experience defender, was part of Dabang Delhi’s squad last year. This year Dabang Delhi released Ravindra Pahal for Players Auction. Ravinder Pahal has been made the fourth most expensive player in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 Defenders Category purchased by Gujarat Giants in the players’ auction for PKL Season 8 at a price of 74 Lakhs.

5. SUNIL MALIK –

Sunil Malik is an Indian right cover defender.  This year Gujarat Giants retained Sunil Malik before the auction for 74 lakhs and Sunil Malik became the 5th Most Expensive Player in Pro Kabaddi League Season 8.

• Fazal Atrachali, Pravesh Bhainswal and Sunil Malik were retained before the auction. Apart from these, the 3 player who is most expensive in Pro Kabaddi Season 8 Players auction is Vishal Bhardwaj for 60 lakhs, Baldev Singh for 60 lakh and Sandeep Kandola for 59.5 Lakhs, Sandeep Kandola is returning in Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 after Season 2 and this is Sandeep Kandola’s new entry in Pro Kabaddi again after 5 years.
