Chandran Ranjit was born on June 7, 1991, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Chandran is from a low-income household, and his father was a framer. Chandran Ranjit received his diploma from Rajakkamangalam Thurai in Kanyakumari. He began his kabaddi training with Alanthankarai, one of Kanyakumari district’s strongest teams. Previously, he had been instructed by Mr Ravi from the academy where he was training. The academy has produced some outstanding talents, such as Jeeva Kumar, and there will be many more in the future.
Early Life:
Chandran was born to a financially impoverished farming family in Rajakkamangalam village, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India. His villagers first exposed him to the sport when he was a child. Because the sport was popular in his village, he was inspired to pursue and succeed at it. He began participating in the sport and quickly became known for his raiding abilities.
His local elders assisted him in enrolling in the Alanthankarai, one of the best sports facilities and teams in the area. Coach Ravi, who played a crucial part in his kabaddi career, was his coach at the academy. He began representing the academy in domestic and district level events after only a few years. In 2014, he chose to participate in the Pro Kabaddi League selection trials and was lucky to be picked for the tournament.

Chandran Ranjit is an Indian professional kabaddi raider. He was born in Chennai and had his training there. In Season 1, he made his Pro Kabaddi League debut with the Telugu Titans. He stayed for another season before joining Gujarat Fortune Giants in Pro Kabaddi Season 5. Delhi then paid 61.25 lakh for him in Pro Kabaddi Season 6 and 70 lakh a year later to keep him for Season 7 of Pro Kabaddi. Ranjit has appeared in 42 Pro Kabaddi League matches. He led his squad in scoring with 216 points. His career-high for points in a game is 12. In season 7, he was retained by Dabang Delhi, where he played 22 matches and 262 total raids, earning 118 total raid points.
