Gujarat Fortune Giants raced into the finals in their maiden season, much to the amazement of their supporters and opponents. Even in its second season (2018), the squad reached the finals, becoming the league’s youngest and most successful team. The philosophy of building a hero out of every player rather than relying on one is what distinguishes Gujarat Fortune Giants from the other clubs. The squad was led by Sunil Kumar Malik and coached by Manpreet Singh during the season. The Fortunegiants’ home games are held at The Arena by TransStadia. Sachin and Sunil have been retained by the squad for Pro Kabaddi Season 7, which begins on July 19th, 2019.

Runner-up twice Gujarat Giants will kick off their Pro Kabaddi 2021 campaign against the Jaipur Pink Panthers on December 23.
Gujarat Giants have joined the Pro Kabaddi League for the fifth season. Despite playing admirably in their first two seasons, the Ahmedabad-based organisation has yet to win a title.
Gujarat came close to winning the championship in both Seasons 5 and 6. However, they were defeated by the Patna Pirates in the fifth season’s final, and the Bengaluru Bulls won the title the following year.
In the previous Pro Kabaddi League season, the Gujarat Giants finished ninth in the standings, failing to enter the playoffs. However, they are among the favourites to win Pro Kabaddi 2021.
The addition of some experienced players to the club has improved their chances of success. Gujarat signed Ravinder Pahal, Girish Maruti Ernak, Mahendra Ganesh Rajput, Ajay Kumar, and Hadi Oshtorak in the Pro Kabaddi 2021 auction.
They kept their cover combination of Parvesh Bhainswal and Sunil Kumar ahead of the Pro Kabaddi 2021 auction. Overall, the Gujarat Giants have a fantastic team, and there is no reason why they cannot win.
