PKL Teams which can qualify for Playoffs
The pro-Kabaddi season 9 started on 7th October 2022. After one month of continuous action, 115 matches have been played till now. Fans are enjoying high-class games and entertainment every night. Today we are going to talk about the top 6 teams of the PKL season 9 which have made good performances in the season so far and are the most eligible contenders to qualify for the playoffs.
1. Jaipur pink panthers – Qualified
Season 1 champions Jaipur pink panthers are current table toppers. Their star player Arjun Deshwal is enjoying his form of life. In the 20 matches, he scored 264 points including 16 super 10s. Also, the form of their Captain Sunil Kumar has been beneficial for them, he scored 55 tackle points in 20 matches including 3 highs 5’s. Left corner defender Ankush had scored 76 tackle points in 20 matches including 7 highs 5’s. However star raider Rahul Chaudhary is not at his best( 58 points in 19 matches), but he has also scored in some crucial instances. Jaipur has already qualified for playoffs.

2. Puneri Paltan – Qualified
Puneri Paltan is in 2nd position on the points table. Their raiders perform excellently this season, whether he is Aslam Inamdar or Akash Shinde. Aslam Inamdar has scored 150 points in 17 matches including 4 super 10s. Akash Shinde scored 121 points in 19 matches including 4 super 10s. Mohit goyat scored 137 points in 17 matches. Pune Captain Fazel Atrachali is leading the defence, where he scored 47 points in 17 matches including 3 highs 5’s. Pune also has Qualified for playoffs.

3. UP Yoddhas – Qualified
UP are in 3rd position on Points Table. Their captain and star raider Pardeep Narwal has shown High-class performance in season 9. In the 20 matches, he scored 211 points including 10 super 10s. Surender gill’s performance had been outstanding, he has scored 137 points in 13 matches, with super 10 in 8 matches. Left corner defender Sumit had been in great form, he scored 53 points in 20 matches including 2 High 5’s. Also, Right Cover Defender Ashu Singh scored 48 points in 20 matches including 2 highs 5’s.

4. Bengaluru Bulls – Qualified
There were a lot of discussions about Bengaluru Bulls after the release of star raider Pawan Sherawat, especially about the raiding department, but the players have shut all mouths about their performance. Bharat has been a star for his team, he scored 232 points in 19 matches including 14 super 10’s. The second most expensive player in PKL history Vikash kandola showed why he had been awarded so much price. In 19 matches he scores 108 raid points including 4 super 10’s. Saurabh nandal has been their star defender, he scored 55 points in 19 matches including 2 highs 5’s. Left corner defender Aman scored 42 points in 19 matches including a high 5.

5. Tamil Thalaivas
Tamil Thalaivas is the unluckiest team of PKL season 9. They spent 2.26 crore rupees on Pawan Sherawat but all these went in vain as their star player and captain suffered an injury in their very first match of PKL season 9. Pawan made 2 raids and 1 of them was successful in the second one he got injured and he got out for the rest of the season. Narender hosiyar by his brilliant performance didn’t make me feel the absence of Pawan. Narender scored 214 points in 20 matches including 12 super 10s. Ajinkya Pawar scored 115 points in 19 matches including 3 super 10’s. Thalaivas has one of the strong defence of this season. Himanshu scored 50 points in 19 matches. Sagar scored 53 points in 17 matches including 5 highs 5’s. Sahil gulia scored 50 points in 20 matches including 2 highs 5’s.
* Tamil Thalaivas unlucky 2 –
After the injury of Pawan Sherawat, Sagar was appointed as stand-in captain, but on the verge of their knockout stages Sagar suffered an injury, as per sources he will be unable to play in the knockout matches, Ajinkya Pawar has been appointed as the new Captain.

6. U Mumba
U Mumba is in the 6th position on the points table. Guman Singh scored 130 points in 16 matches including 7 super 10’s. Ashish scored 112 points in 19 games including 2 super 10’s. Rinku is leading the defence. He scored 55 points in 17 matches including 3 highs 5’s. Captain Surender Singh scored 36 points in 12 games including a high 5. Mohit scored 37 points in 17 matches including a high 5.
